  • How long will a custom surface or board design take to ship?

    • P-40 makes every effort to ship custom-printed surfaces and board combinations within 2 - 3 weeks. Some shipment delays may occure due to artwork approval or supply chain issues. Customers will be notified of any delays.

    • 2 - 3 Weeks (usually)

    • Customers are Notified of Any Unforeseen Delays

  • Can P-40 Backgammon boards and accessories be shipped outside the USA?

    P-40 can ship anywhere that USPS, UPS, or FedEx will deliver. P-40 will do it's best to meet international shipping documentation requirements. We have experienced customs and international shipping staff knowledgeable about properly declaring goods, attaching commercial invoices, and providing any additional documentation by country requirement. If there are very precise shipping documentation or preparation requirements, the customer must provide them in the comments section of the checkout page or contact support immediately after placing the order. P-40 is not responsible for shipping errors once the order is submitted. 

  • Is it possible to customize my board beyond what's offered online?

    • Yes, additional matte finish anodizing colors for checker sets, side rails, cups, and cubes are available for customers who wish to purchase boards. In addition, options for changing the outside of the case and creating details not normally offered are available. All customization beyond those offered online must be discussed with a P-40 representative by by emailing us using the contact form.

  • Where do P-40 products ship from?

    All P-40 products ship from Pennsylvania, USA. 

  • How do international items ship?

    International orders will ship best-way to meet the requested shipping speed. Most shipments will go through USPS and will have the customs documents affixed as required.

  • How do I pay for my order online?

    All order payments are made online using a credit card or a PayPal account. Payments are verified by our PayPal procesory

  • Does P-40 ship everywhere?

    P-40 ships to most locations. Some countries are not shipped to and therefore are disabled in the shopping cart ordering system. Countries are only disabled if there are governmental, cost, or documentation boundaries that makes shipping too difficult or impossible. If your country is disabled then we may ship to a friend in a supported country as long as you enter the address within the order completion and accept liability. No exceptions will be made when shipping to unsupported countries.

  • Do P-40 Backgammon board surfaces move a little within the board?

    Yes, the P-40 Backgammon board is a highly precise product with the surfaces inserted into rails with a bit of wiggle room within a quality tolerance in order to allow for quick and easy replacement. The P-40 Backgammon Board is not only a highly beautiful design at an amazing price, but also has easily swappable surfaces that allow owners to completely change the look of the board in minutes. If you board surface has a bit of movement then please don't be alarmed as its all part of the design. The surfaces will not fall out and are securely held inside the board.
