Terms and conditions of use

Color Matching

Please order all components of the same color at one time due to the nature of the anodizing process and slight fluctuations between coloring when comparing between different batch runs. There is no guarantee of perfect color matching and refunds will not be granted. Caveat emptor.

Returns

Returns of products must be made within 30 days of purchase. P-40 is not responsible for shipment to P-40 from customers for returns. RMA authorization must be approved first by contacting support with the return request. A detailed description and images of the issue must be included. Returns made for assumed defects or workmanship issues will be reviewed by a P-40 quality inspector, who will approve or deny the RMA. If a defect is found by P-40, a replacement of equal or higher value will be provided and shipped by P-40, or a refund will be issued at the discretion of P-40. Returns not found to be defective will be shipped back to the customer and no return or refund will be granted. No refunds will be granted on any customized/personalized boards, surfaces, or other products. Changes to the return conditions may be made by P-40 at any time.

Use of p40bg.com is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied in any way. The p40bg.com website is not guaranteed to be available at all times nor all items on the website 100% accurate. The p40bg.com website utilizes a secure SSL certificate to secure customer information, but P-40 is not liable for any and all access disruptions, no matter the circumstance, and provides no warranty or guarantee. All secure payments are processed through the PayPal payment system to ensure all financial information is kept secure at all times. Financial Information is never stored by P-40. PayPal is the sole financial processing system utilized by P-40 and PayPal is to be contacted for any payment issues. P-40 is not responsible for any PayPal related payment problems and does not represent or guarantee PayPal.

P-40 will not be liable to the customer (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, p40bg.com:

  • For any indirect, special or consequential loss.
  • For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

Shipping &
Delivery

P-40 strives to ship orders accurately and as soon as possible. Please expect a delay of 1 - 2 weeks for custom orders due to artwork and specific, quantity based manufacturing requirements. No shipment or delivery times are guaranteed, as processes and carrier delays cannot be predicted. Customers will be forwarded tracking information for their orders at time of shipment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Shipping is completed only once by P-40. Shipping addresses MUST BE PERMANENT ADDRESSES as P-40 is not responsible for returned packages due to lack of pickup by the customer or for incorrect addresses entered by the customer. P-40 is not liable in any way for shipments to hotels or non-permanent addresses due to shipping and customs processing times that are out of the control of P-40. Shipments that do not arrive at a hotel or non-permanent address are not the responsibility of P-40 and will be deemed a completed order upon shipment which means the customer must arrange for package forwarding from the location. 

Delivery methods

  • Delivery within the Continental USA

    Shipping options within the Continental USA may be completed using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the selected speed of delivery. Please note that P-40 reserves the right to ship the best way possible to meet the requested shipment speed and to keep shipping fees low. Insurance for the order's cost will be provided for each shipment as part of the shipping fee to reduce liability.

  • International Delivery

    International shipping outside the continental USA may be completed using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the selected speed of delivery. Please note that P-40 reserves the right to ship the best way possible to meet the requested shipment speed and to keep shipping fees low. Customs forms and declaration documentation will be completed to meet shipping requirements to the best of our ability. If there are specific requirements for shipping to a customer's country, please make a note on the order checkout comments section, as P-40 is not responsible for failed shipment due to lack of information at time of order. All shipments are sent with accurate declarations to meet all customs requirements. Insurance for the order's cost will be provided for each shipment as part of the shipping fee to reduce liability. We no longer ship to countries with difficult anti-trade policies due to large paperwork requirements and cost. If your country is not listed in the checkout address entry form then it is one of the countries in which P-40 no longer ships. P-40 is unable to assist in package forwarding outside of the US since once a package leaves the US and enters a foreign countries customs, USPS is no longer responsible for the package and cannot assist P-40.

    All payments on p40bg.com use a secure SSL 2048bit connection managed by PayPal. Customers may pay for their orders using their existing PayPal account or with one of the major credit or debit cards. Supported credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, and EnRoute. Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated like a credit card.
